Villa Evajade in Beaumes de Venise welcomes up to 10 people. Rent our detached house of 220 m2 in the middle of the vineyards for your holidays in Provence with family or friends.
Quiet and independent of the Mas, our luxury gîte is a house of your own on 2 levels with exceptional comfort that offers a very large living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one with bathtub and 3 with shower).
You can relax on one of the 3 terraces and enjoy the game of boules and a secure swimming pool (3.38 x 5.98 m, depth 1.45 m) with beach, garden furniture, table chairs, deckchairs, plancha.

A spacious living room of 84 m2 with pellet stove accommodates the kitchen, the dining room and the living room.
The kitchen with central island is fully equipped: fridge, induction hob with child lock, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Dolce Gusto Krups. toaster and dishwasher.
The living room has a TV and CD player. You will also find games for children, a Wi game and a reading corner. Free WIFI.
The house has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, a fridge with freezer compartment in addition to that of the kitchen, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and steam iron, a sink.

On the ground floor are 3 spacious bedrooms of over 20 m2.
Upstairs a very spacious fourth bedroom offers a beautiful view.
The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned (independent thermostats).
Each bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm bed – 2 twin beds that can be separated.
Two bedrooms have a BZ extra bed for one person or one child.
For your comfort the cottage has a bathroom with shower and three shower rooms, each with heated towel rail and hairdryer.
A dressing room adjoining a bedroom will allow you to store your clothes.
The separate WC is wheelchair accessible.
